Referral Program
To qualify for the $50.00 referral bonus, you must fill
out this form and return it to Syntec Concrete Coatings at, or before
the time of your referrals first visit with us. This form can be taken
with your referee on their first visit with Syntec Concrete Coatings.
The referral bonus will paid upon the new client signing a contract with
Syntec Concrete Coatings for the amount of $1,000.00 or more.
Only one referral bonus will be paid per residence/address sold. If more
than one referral form is submitted, the form first received by Syntec
Concrete Coatings will receive the bonus.
No person may refer themselves or their spouse and no person may be
referred more than once.
Any person may receive more than one bonus.
You may submit this form by bringing it to our office, mailing or faxing
it to our office.
Employees of Syntec Concrete Coatings are not eligible for this program
